Whitespace on larger pending pipeline icon isn't as aesthetically pleasing

This is probably a matter of opinion, but I noticed the new larger pipeline icon on merge requests. My eye was immediately drawn to the additional whitespace between the circle and the inner pie fill. Specifically, it's too much whitespace, in my opinion. It looks strange. I like when the whitespace is more proportional as it is in the small icon, seen on the right of the screenshot.
