Display additional minutes under admin/groups/<group_name>

Problem to solve

Currently when an admin checks a group overview (e.g. /admin/groups/<group_name>) only the default minutes are shown. However when navigating under /groups/<group_name>/-/usage_quotas the additional minutes are shown as expected.

Bringing the complete info about CI Minutes to the admin group overview page will ease/speed up tickets resolution when it comes to problems with association between group(s) and purchased additional minutes.

Proposal

Display the total amount of minutes (e.g. mins-spent/total-mins) instead of just the default minutes
