Service Desk emails sent using custom templates don't include Unsubscribe link
Summary
Service Desk responses using custom templates do not include a link for the user to unsubscribe. This link should be automatically included in the same way it is for standard Service Desk emails.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a custom service desk email template
.gitlab/service_desk_templates/new_note.md
- Email service desk to create an issue,
- Respond with a comment on the issue,
- Observe missing 'unsubscribe' link in response email.
This almost definitely also applies to the initial response email sent to customers when they email Service Desk and create an issue. For that reason we should check the .gitlab/service_desk_templates/thank_you.md
template also.

Unsubscribe link included in all emails.
