Sort order of Child Groups does not honor Sort By dropdown on Group dashboard page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/dashboard/groups

2. Change Sort By dropdown to Name

3. Expand a group that contains child groups.

What is the current bug behavior?

Child groups appear to always be sorted by Last Created.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Child groups should be sorted by the field selected in the Sort By dropdown.
