In this release, we have added the ability to easily find a feature flag from anywhere within GitLab using the quick search capability, saving you navigation time.
Problem to solve
As a feature flag user, I want to be able to locate my flag instantly from anywhere within the GitLab app without the need to go through tedious navigation and searching through the feature flag pages

The user will be able to use GitLab quick search 
and be able to jump to the feature flag based on the feature flag name or ID.
