Add shortcut uri to latest pipeline of a certain branch

Problem to solve

It would be nice when clicking on a pipeline badge would go directly to the pipeline information page. E.g. when showing a badge for two branches "master" and "develop", clicking on the "master" badge would go to "https://.../pipelines/id-of-latest-master-pipeline".

Atm, there seem to be supported only numeric ids and the badge links are are usually going to "commits/$branch" and it requires several clicks to navigate to the pipeline overview.
