Issue quote textbox text color is not accessible

Hey all!

Been having trouble with my eyes lately (RIP ME) and noticed quoted text is too light.

See this quote:

"DO OR DO NOT, THERE IS NO TRY"

This text is:

#7f8fa4 on #ffffff background.

As per WebAIM:

Looks like we'd need to make it #4C5A6B or darker to get it to AAA accessibility:
