Fix groups dropdown for creating epics within an epic

Follow-up to #217115 (closed)
When creating a new epic within the epics tree we can select a group from a dropdown list that will contain the current epic's group descendants.
By leaving this selection blank, the epic will be created in the current group. Not only this behaviour is not intuitive, but if we select a different group then there's no way to go back to have a blank selection, therefore choose the current group. A workaround for this bug would be to click cancel and select again Add a new epic.

@cnorriscommented:I came up with a couple of options (assuming they're technically accurate):
Descriptive option: Available groups include only the descendent groups of an epic’s group Directive option: You can only add groups that are descendent groups of this epic's group Fewer uses of the word "group": Enter a descendent group of the epic's group Are any of these helpful?

🎉 @uhlexsiscommented:Do we have any data or idea around how often users are creating epics within the same group they are in vs a subgroup
@gweaver?If we assume that users are often creating an epic within the same group they are in- it seems like the general flow is something like this:
In the future maybe we make this more explicit, and disclose that group dropdown more progressively. For MVC though:
- If leaving the dropdown "blank" means it creates in the current group, can we just title the placeholder with the name of the group instead of
search for a group? For example:
the list of groups in the dropdown doesn't include the current group, that's is why it's not showing in the search
This seems like an issue though, especially if we make the current group more explicit. For example, what if I change to a subgroup, then change my mind yet again and decide I actually want to create in the current group. If as a user I can't see the current group in the list- how would I do that? I assume I wouldn't be able to and may have to start the creation process over? WDYT
@egrieff@gweaver?- TL;DR What makes sense to me is to have the current group selected, and have it within the list also in a selected state or at least available to select. Is that possible?
If it is not possible, I feel like we made need to rethink the experience a bit and make it more explicit that they are only performing an action that deviates from the current group. Something like (off the top of my head) unchecking the option to
Create in current groupand seeing this search only when they do that. The either help text likeYou can only add groups that are descendent groups of this epic's groupor a tooltip ofAvailable groups include only the descendent groups of an epic’s groupas the awesome@cnorriscould make sense. For the education around hierarchy, IF we can display the current group in the list and in the placeholder like I am hoping -we use help text here instead of a tooltip?
