User can search and filter comments using various fields

Description

It would be amazing to search for comments that I've authored based on a number of fields. I created a small utility script which data dumps all my comments to make this possible, but ideally this feature would live in gitlab.com itself.

What fields should the user query on?

• Author
• Date
• Project
• Noteable Title (i.e. MR Title, Issue Title, etc.)
• Comment Body
