🎨 Design: API fuzz - Improve experiences CI variable as credentials

Problem

In the MVC issue, we allow the user to use existing protected variable only, for the best experiences. We should allow the user to create a protected variable in the same UI page.

Detect whether the current user is a maintainer or not, show different messages
