Improve 'Merge Request !xxx was merged' email template

When a MR is merged, the following email is received:
Whilst informative, I feel when a MR is merged, it's a significant moment (in fact, most of the time it's the conclusion!) in the life-cycle of the MR so deserves a more feature rich and 'stand-out' template similar to when the MR is approved:
