Unstated assumption about the code quality pipeline stages

It's slick that for adding code quality I only need to include the respective template.

Referring to https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/examples/code_quality.html:

When you define your own pipeline, though, you may not have defined the proper stage for that template to run its jobs in. This will lead to invalid yaml: https://gitlab.com/xtofl/fixtopt/pipelines/58885647.

I can see this is hard to fix, but I propose the following:

1. add a link to the code quality template, so I can browse it and check for myself.
2. prefix the yml snippet with its basic requirements (by lack of intellisense)
