Saved selection highlight in dropdown for group file templates disappears upon hovering over other list item

When I have already made a selection for a group file template, that template gets highlighted in the dropdown the same way as if I was hovering over it. This also means that this highlight disappears as soon as I hover over other items. Instead of having to close the dropdown to see the currently selected option, we could use the same pattern as in the notification settings to highlight the currently selected option.
