Extremely low contrast in dropdown for group file templates

WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Color requirements state:

1.4.1 Use of Color: Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. (Level A)

When selecting a group file template in Admin Area -> Templates, the contrast between the white text and the light grey background is extremely low which causes the detail text to almost not be readable.
