Links for users in system notes broken up into separate pieces

WCAG 1.4.1 Use of Color requirements state:

1.4.1 Use of Color: Color is not used as the only visual means of conveying information, indicating an action, prompting a response, or distinguishing a visual element. (Level A)

The link to user profiles in system notes is broken up into two visually different pieces. When hovering over the username, only the display name part of the link changes visually.
