Add Search option for Issues that User has commented on

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

Problem to solve

Going back and finding issues that I (or another user) has commented on is not possible. I have responded to issue comments, provided my input and would like to go back and check on that issue, see it's progress or add additional information. I may also want to see issues that have been commented on my another user, such as a PM or decision maker. This should also return confidential issues that user am allowed to see.

Intended users

Any consumer of Issues may want to go back and search for self comments or comments from user.
