Hanging till the 2nd stage of CI/CD starts

I have created example project mindoc and CI/CD with 2 stages: build and test and 3 jobs, 2 of them are in test stage. However, after the build stage finished, I have already been waiting for 15 minutes until the next stage will start and I don't know reason for that:

How can I push the second stage?
