Policies problems

Questions:

  • how to display groups which given user is not allowed to see? As a member of the project and as an owner of the project for example? (project members view, groups dashboard view, breadcrumbs). Should we allow these links to lead to 404 site?

  • How we should update and keep up to date docs regarding every aspect of policies?

  • How we should address add owner role to project? Should we specify the abilities for this role?

  • How we can tackle the problem of the owner leaving a project? Is creating a separate owner role would solve it?

  • Is the way we are showing if logged in user is an owner of the project the best possible? (Owner vs maintainer).
