Add Issue Weight to Milestone View

Problem to solve
As a customer we use the milestone review to track progress using the Milestone defaults. Currently weight and number of issues is used inconsistently in this view. In an extreme case there could be only one large issue left to complete but the milestone view would show an unrepresentative amount of progress should issue weights be taken into consideration.

User experience goal
Make the milestone view useful to those using issue weights.
Proposal
Add issue weights to each issue and the column headers (Unstarted, Ongoing, Completed).
Further details
As it stands there is some overlap between a board that filters on a milestone and the milestone view. Currently I don't use the milestone at all, primarily because I can't use it as a triage point that takes into account weights.
