Delete icon in boards looks disabled

Problem to solve

The delete icon within boards looks disabled, especially in greyscale.

Proposal

MVC: Change the icon color to [# 2e2e2e] ie: Future scope: Research placement of these icons and reorganize them as a user would expect. Review the icon itself (size, hover interaction, consistency), it is different than what is in our pattern library but perhaps hasn't been updated yet.
