Make burndown charts more discoverable

Problem to solve

Finding the burndown charts within milestones is not very intuitive or discoverable.

Proposal

• MVC- Style these links as links according to our guidelines and be consistent with other link styling throughout GitLab.
• Long term- think about how we might structure this content in a way users would expect in order to provide proper hierarchy and guidance. This could be done in a separate research issue for future iteration.
