Gitlab Omnibus Error Reconfigure Command Upgrading 13.4.2 to 13.5.3

Hi, i have an error during to exec gitlab-ctl reconfigured command upgrading 13.4.2 to 13.5.3. We are using Centos7 omnibus gitlab on intranet.
