Geo: Remove unused verification field indexes

Follow up for !47260 (merged).

• Remove unused verification field indexes from:
  • package files
  • terraform state versions
  • merge request diff details the indexes weren't added for this table
  • snippet repositories
• And if they are still mentioned in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/geo/framework.html#verification then remove them.
