Applying search filters adds plus signs to search terms
Summary
Applying the search filters replaces spaces with + signs in the "What are you searching for?" edit field.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to search
- Search for terms with spaces, for example:
project group reset search - Select status filter of Open
- Click apply button
What is the current bug behavior?
The search text has all spaces replaced with +
What is the expected correct behavior?
The search text should remain unchanged
