Scroll button to jump to top or bottom of an issue or MR

Some issues and MRs can get rather lengthy with comments (like the release post). It'd be great to hover or click the scroll bar somehow to jump to the top or the bottom of the page. Sometimes I want to see the most recent comments and sometimes I want to see the issue/MR title. Having this button/feature would make it faster.
