Compact layout for project page

Problem to solve

The text and avatars are large and leave a lot of empty space on the project page. Additionally, only 8-10 projects are shown without scrolling.

Proposal

Use a more compact layout for the project page. This would cut down on empty space and would allow for more than 8-10 project to show without scrolling.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

A more compact layout is implemented on the project page.
