Frequently used reactions should come pre-filled

When you want to show support for an Issue you can click a thumbs up. It's one click. Simple, great, reduces the ammount of "me too" comments. When you want to do the same for a comment, you click an "Add reaction" button, and the first thing you see are an 8 ball, tennis racket, etc. This is probably extremely seldom very helpful. You have to search to get the thumbs up, heart, or other reactions which you are much more likely to actually need. Only after doing this a Frequently used category shows up. This might be a bit confusing, is not what you expect when clicking the button, takes more time to use than neccessary, and could even make some people give up finding the right reaction and just write a "me too" comment instead.

An easy way to alleviate this would be to show the Frequently used category even the first time you click the Add reaction button, and have it pre-filled with the generally most used reactions.
