Display Group Path for Group SAML in admin

Problem to solve

To increase support efficiency, we should display the group path when an identity is group SAML.

User experience goal

Can view group path in admin instead of having to use the API.

Proposal

This is a further iteration of !47034 (merged)

In addition to the ID, we should display the namespace path of the relevant group.

Further details

May be able to use something similar to how it's done for user accounts page.

Permissions and Security

Permission of view is already scoped to admins, should not have any security impact.

No additional tests should be required.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Team members no longer have to use the console to look for this information.
