🎨 Design: DAST configuration UI

Problem to solve

Users have to configure DAST settings by setting variables in their yml file.

User experience goal

User Jobs: when I setup/configure DAST, I want to have an easy way to enable or edit values, so that I can quickly get DAST up and running in my application without getting lost in documentation.

Proposal

Following the pattern established by Fuzz testing, generate a code snippet users can add to their .gitlab-ci.yml file.
