Author and Assignees labels not working in VSA

On the Value Stream Analytics page for Groups, the Author and Assignee label filters are not working.
Steps to reproduce
What is the current bug behavior?
When selecting the Author label in the filter box, only Any is displayed in the search results. Typing an author name does not return results.
When selecting the Assignees label in the filter box, nothing is displayed in the search results and typing an assignee name returns no results.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Selecting either of these labels should show search results. Typing a value should filter the search results to show matches.
