Issue board as a organization planning tool

• Instead of a workflow tool, use an issue board as an organization planning tool.

• Each list would not represent a workflow stage, but a feature / feature area, similar to the screenshot below.

• Within each list, divide them into open and closed issues. So each list could have two sections.
