With the newly added charts of #275991 (closed) we'll be adding more information to an already complex view.

Intended users

User experience goal

The user should be able to surface the information they specifically need from the CI/CD dashboard more easily.

Proposal

• Introduce tabbed navigation between pipelines and deployments for the CI/CD dashboard.
• All deployments charts and information go to the deployments tab.
