Error 500 runners and CI, Removed project and all configurations errors

Hi guys, I have a problem with these pages:

• admin/runners
• settings/ci_cd

I restored a backup from old server, but I forgot copy of the secrets file, well I removed the keys and runners from the console rails but it does not works, I created a empty installation and create a server and runners in a example project, I created a backup and restore this backups without secrets , and removed the keys from console, this test works fine I dont understand why on the real installation does not works.
