Adding female emojis
Add female emojis for:
- facepalm
- information desk person
- face with no good gesture
- person frowning
- shrug
Please see this thread in Slack.
Right now, when users search for actions like 'bowing' or 'facepalm' in issue comments, they only see the male versions of the emojis.
The female ones exist, so we should add them
