1. Create a Discord Notification Webhook
2. Trigger a notificatiton

What is the current bug behavior?

When I click on Sign In, it results in a 404. That is because there is a ')' added in the URL https://gitlab.com/namespace/project/issues/9)

What is the expected correct behavior?

The expected be is that I'll get the login-page
