Add MR reports to pipeline notification emails
Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.
From https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/24866#note_141722974, add the ability to see code climate, JUnit and other report: type artifacts output as would be shown in the merge request (or end of output as shown currently for build steps) in the e-mail about pipeline failures, etc.
Would need to consider:
- The size/length of the resulting email
- The security implications of this data. If we don't increase the footprint of possible leakage past what is possible today, I think this is a non issue.
