When searching in issues/mrs/epics list, having loading feedback

When searching in issues/mrs/epics list, have a loading feedback, to indicate to the user that GitLab is searching for results.

Currently GitLab.com performance is not great so this would help with usability. But even if we have very fast results, having this is just good design.
