User identities settings styling broken

Summary

I´m running GitLab EE with LDAP connection but i think this feature is also in CE. If not please feel free to move the issue to the EE repo. As you can see in the attached screenshot the placement / styling of the buttons is a little bit broken.

The "New Identity" button seems to be placed wrong and the edit / delete button miss a margin.
