Pages URL given in the "Congratulations" message fails

To reproduce:

  • Create a new project
  • Choose the Jekyll template
  • Wait for the project to be created
  • Run the pipeline
  • Wait for the pipeline to succeed
  • Navigate to settings --> pages
  • It says "Congratulations! Your pages are served under:" and a link. Click the link.
  • Get a 404
