Replace "Sign in text" with "Sign-in text"

Summary

The following text is not correct, when navigating to Admin Area > Settings > General and expanding the "Sign-in restrictions" section:

Screenshot_from_2020-10-29_08-59-33

"Sign in text"

should be

"Sign-in text"

(And for similar reasons, "After sign out path" should be "After sign-out path")

Normally I'd "just change the text". However, based on app/views/admin/application_settings/_signin.html.haml, it's based on the sign_in_text variable, and I don't know where / how words are assigned to that variable.
