Link to the corresponding activity feed item in email notifications instead of the general issue/MR url

When I receive an email notification for certain actions like that an issue has been closed, the link for it ("view it on GitLab") links to the general issue, not the action itself. It works for comments, but not for most other stuff.

GitHub for example directly links to the correct action in the issue.
