Text input disappeared on click inside Changes tab commenting.
Steps to reproduce
- open merge request
- open "Changes" tab
- click on INPUT to reply to some

Not reproduced at gitlab.com, only on trial self-hosted solution (downloaded yesterday)
What is the current bug behavior?
INPUT is simply disappeared (without replacement by TEXTAREA)
What is the expected correct behavior?
INPUT must be replaced by TEXTAREA
