Add Nuget package description to information returned with a package

Proposal

Currently when viewing a list of Nuget packages from a Gitlab Package registry the package description is not returned. In Visual Studio for example, where the description is usually displayed it says "Not available in this Source". I also found this is true when searching a Gitlab Nuget Registry using the Nuget command line tool.

It would be very nice if the description would be returned with the package information.

I originally opened an (internal) ticket to ask about this feature.
