Problem to solve

Currently Auto DevOps produces a helm chart as the artifact to be deployed to a Kubernetes cluster. With the introduction of GitLab Paas users only need having a Dockerfile before they are able to deploy their app (using Knative).

Provide a configuration mechanism for Auto DevOps that allows users to specify the deploy target as either a Kubernetes cluster (current) or GitLab PaaS.
