Sticky headers shows a different status for the issue

Problem to solve

On a recently closed issue , when the page is revisited -- the status of issue first shows closed, but on scrolling down until the sticky header appears, the status on the header shows Open.

Proposal

Ensure the header shows the right status of the issue.
