CI templates are difficult to discover and browse.

I want to quickly understand what templates are available to me and pick the one most relevant to my project.
Proposal
We need to make the templates more discoverable in the Pipeline Editor. As an MVC, we could highlight the Templates dropdown in the editor with a pop-over for first time users (or something similar).

Further down the road, we're planning to offer a whole new browsing experience for the templates within the editor, but it's many iterations away. This issue focuses on the MVC improvement.
