Markdown support on a milestone title

Problem to solve

When i create a new gitlab-ce2655237 in the description field i'm able to add gitlab-ce2656755 via gitlab-ce~4107676 support, but in the title, markdown is not supported.

If i'm able to add labels on the title of the milestone, it will be more easy to read milestone list.

Provide support of markdown for milestone's title for get a better view of gitlab-ce~2655237 list.
