"just now": Time stands still

Summary

New actions added to any of the views (mostly issue activities) are displayed with "just now" as the time when it happened. This never changes while the page is open.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to an issue
2. Add a comment, change the description, or do whatever you like that ends up as a new entry below the comments
3. Leave the page open; do not close it, do not navigate to another page, do not restart the browser (switching tabs is okay)
4. Optionally: Do something from (2) again after a few hours

What is the current bug behavior?

All actions from step 2 and 4 have "just now" as their time. Both at the same time, even though there were hours in between.

The time is only corrected when reloading the page.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Isn't the relative time of other things already kept up-to-date after loading the page? This should also be the case for "just now".

As there were massive misunderstandings in the past: I'm not using my own GitLab installation but the hosted service on the domain gitlab.com. The very one you're seeing right now.
