"Question mark" button next to "Visibility level" destroys your unsaved changes

Editing a snippet. Click the question mark icon next to "Visibility level" (to learn more about permissions).

This navigates your current browser window/tab to a help page explaining the various visibility levels, and if you have unsaved work/changes in the editor, your changes will be forgotten/destroyed. :( Maybe this button should open a new window instead?

Reproduced on both my GitLab CE and GitLab.com.
