GlDropdown with 'variant-link' has incorrect styles

Summary

GlDropdown element with variant="link" should have no border and a blue-ish font color (see Link variant in Bootstrap-Vue docs). In fact it has a border and default color

Steps to reproduce

  • create a MR with more than 1 commit and Squash option enabled
  • go to MR page
  • toggle merge commit edit block

What is the current bug behavior?

btn-link styles are overriden with dropdown-toggle styles, so the link has wrong color and border

What is the expected correct behavior?

You should have no border and correct blue-ish color
